What is the processing time?

Processing Time:  10-12 business days to craft your nails. 

Delivery time (from Greece): 

  • Greece: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 5-10 business days
  • US: 10-15 business days
  • Worldwide: 10- 15 business days


Custom orders: Please note special custom orders may take a little longer to process

Refund/Return Policies

All the sets are handmade with love and effort.

Be kind and respectful. 

All my sets are made in order.

  • Changes to sets only can be made on the first 24 hours of placing the order via contact section.
  • There is NO REFUND, RETURN, CANCELLATION or EXCHANGES will be accepted due to the nature of the products.
  • I am not responsible for incorrect measurements given to me. Please make sure to measure your nails size before purchase for perfect fit. We make exactly what is ordered.
  • Once a package is dropped off the post office, im not responsible for it.
  • By placing an order, you agree to this terms.

Are the nails reusable ?

Yes, our press-on nails are reusable! 

Our focus is on producing top-tier, long-lasting press-on nails designed for multiple reuses with proper maintenance. To ensure durability, simply follow our care instructions: gently remove the nails, clean them thoroughly, and store them safely. Enjoy lovely nails again and again and develop a personalised collection of press-on nails to match any occasion or outfit.

 

How long do the press-on nails last?

Proper maintenance and application can extend the durability of our press-on nails up to 3 weeks (nail glue recommended for longer wear) or 2-3 days (adhesive tabs for shorter wear). Preventing prolonged contact with water and harsh substances is key to maintaining their quality.

Practical tips for long-lasting beauty

Your nails are jewels. Don’t use them as tool: Your press-on nails are treasures. Exhibit them gracefully, but handle them with care.

Be Gentle: Handle your nails with care during daily activities to prevent damage. They are for style, not for hard work.

Water Tips: It's okay to wash hands quickly. Wear gloves when doing dishes or cleaning the house because water affects the glue. This keeps your nails looking good.

Prepare Before Using: Clean and dry your natural nails first. Make sure they have no oil. This helps your nails last longer. 

Removing Nails: Change styles gently. Remove nails slowly, with care, using soak or soft remover. This is better for your natural nails.

Store Safely: When not using them, keep your nails in a cool, dry place, away from sun. They will stay ready for next time.

Yes we do, contact via chat button on the right side of website. Get your photos of inspiration/design ready & send them to us. 

We will let you know if we are able to recreate/ design it & we will inform you about the cost.
